Hey guys , having a few issues . I have transferred eth from myetherwallet to POLO to swap into btc and withdraw , I transferred 8 in total .

It’s now been around 3 hours and still not showing up in my polo wallet but is visible on the block chain??

Currently at 189 confirmations in the blockchain and my polo eth wallet is still at $0

What should I do , there help line is useless
